What makes this such a helpful resource is how simple it is. It is organized by the 52 questions of the catechism and each chapter includes a short commentary and a short prayer. This is a good tool to use in discipling relationships, family devotions, or just personal study.

Christ centered and thought provoking. This catechism has deepened my faith. There is a free online app available in the iTunes store called New City Catechism that supports learning the questions and answers.

Excellent book for those seeking God! I love the format with short truths to memorize, a few paragraphs from theologians who lived in the past and a few paragraphs from a contemporary theologian. It is an opportunity to delve into ancient wisdom that is core to a life of faith in Jesus Christ! We are buying more for family and friends. We highly recommend!
