Disappointing for a Stonewall Kitchen cookbook. Their other cookbooks are some of my favorites. This one was basic, with recipes like guacamole, popcorn with seasonings, etc. Things I think I can figure out on my own. Was hoping for some inspiration. This book doesn't have it.
This book has many interesting ideas for appetizers. I think it's best use is that it will spark your own ideas for new things to try. I have found all the Stonewall cookbooks to be very well done, enjoyable to read with tasty results.
We had a tapas party for the Rotary Club and they raved about all the recipes! One idea is to put the miniature cupcake pan upside down on a foil lined tray and form the pancetta around the OUTSIDE of the forms for perfect "pancetta cups", page 99.Happy entertaining!
i have often made a meal out of small bites and have since way before it had a name! these appetizers are not only healthy, beautiful and health conscious but creative! the 'stonewall kitchen' cookbooks are pieces of art...and mine sits atop a stack of treasured books in my kitchen. they achieve the deceiving simplicity of flavors perfectly meshed to tantalize the taste and intrigue the senses....you really will want just one more bite and, if you're lucky, one more sip to accompany it.
Love all the Stonewall books and products. I have been to the store a number of timesand get so many great ideas.

I love Stonewall Kitchen and am in their flagship store often, but this recipe book is one of their worst and I was sad since I love appetizers!
